Role: Python + React based apps
The total duration of this internship is 6 months with an unpaid probation period of 3 months. These are the company's expectations from the intern :
1. Develop and maintain full stack features for the docr platform using Django, Django REST Framework (DRF), React.js, and React Native.
2. Design, build, and optimize scalable backend APIs, database models, and business logic while ensuring security and performance best practices.
3. Create responsive and reusable user interfaces using React.js, React Native, Tailwind CSS, and modern component based architecture.
4. Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs, handling authentication, data fetching, state management, and error handling efficiently.
5. Work with databases such as PostgreSQL/MySQL, write efficient queries, and maintain data integrity across the platform.
6. Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, doctors, and the engineering team to understand requirements and deliver high quality solutions.
7. Translate Figma designs and product requirements into production ready web and mobile applications with a strong focus on user experience.
8. Debug, test, and resolve issues across both frontend and backend systems while maintaining application reliability and performance.
9. Follow best practices in software development, including clean code, Git version control, API documentation, code reviews, and testing.
10. Optimize application performance, scalability, and cross platform compatibility across web and mobile environments.
11. Learn and adapt to new technologies, AI integrations, and healthcare focused workflows as required by the docr platform.
12. Actively participate in team discussions, sprint planning, problem solving sessions, and on site development activities while contributing innovative ideas to the product.
Role: Inside Sales & Business Development Executive
The total duration of this internship is 6 months with base incentive of INR 10000/- per month and a probation period of 3 months. These are the company's expectations from the intern :
1. Drive business development efforts by reaching out to hospitals, clinics, and individual doctors to onboard them onto docr.
2. Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, field visits, walk-ins, and referrals to build a sustainable sales pipeline.
3. Conduct in person and virtual product demos for doctors and clinic staff, clearly explaining workflows and value proposition.
4. Convert qualified leads into active subscriptions through consultative selling and long term relationship building.
5. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, visits, and conversions using CRM or internal tracking systems.
6. Understand clinic level pain points and pitch docr solutions customized to individual practice needs.
7. Own weekly and monthly acquisition targets and contribute to regional growth goals.
8. Coordinate closely with onboarding, product, and support teams to ensure smooth activation and retention of doctors.
9. Gather market intelligence, doctor feedback, and competitor insights to improve sales strategy and positioning.
10. Represent the docr brand professionally in the field and maintain high ethical standards in all business interactions.
The total duration of this internship is 6 months with an unpaid probation period of 3 months. Freshers with the following skillset will be preferred :
1. Firmware Development: Contribute to writing, modifying, and debugging drone code, primarily in C/C++ etc.
2. Microcontroller Programming: Develop custom firmware for the ESP32/STM32 or other microcontrollers to be used in the flight control system.
3. PCB Design: Assist in the design, layout, and iteration of custom PCBs.
4. Hardware Assembly: Execute precise soldering of electronic components, including working with Surface Mount Devices (SMDs).
5. System Integration: Integrate and test new hardware components (like custom PCBs) with the existing and new drone platforms.
6. Drone Tuning: Perform detailed tuning procedures to optimize the drone's flight stability and performance.
7. Piloting and Testing: Conduct controlled flight tests to validate hardware and software changes.
8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation for all code changes, tuning parameters, and testing results.
9. Meetings & Communication: Attend regular (virtual or in-person) meetings to report on progress and discuss work assignments.
10. Work Flexibility: Adhere to a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the office for hands-on tasks (like soldering and flight testing), if required, and allowing remote work for suitable tasks.
11. Miscellaneous Support: Complete other technical or logistical tasks as required to support the drone development team.
While we understand the importance of finishing work on time, there are no deadlines more important than your mental or physical health. Bosses who feel the urge to micromanage every single task or need everything done on a hyper-urgent basis aren't fit for their job.
